RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We entertainnon-damaged, unwashed commodities along with original hang tag within 30 days from purchase for an exchange.

Returned goods require a copy of the invoice and mention the cause for exchanging of the same.

Customer needs to exchange the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our postal address. 

Delivery Charges will not be refundable. 

Customer can exchange his/her item only.

1. COMPLETE EXCHANGE FORM

If you want to exchange any part of your online order, please complete the Exchange Form and include it with your return shipment.

2. REPACK MERCHANDISE

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.

3. SHIP TO

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:
